OneTemp manufactures a robust T-Bar stab probe with a wireless battery powered transmitter for measuring Compost temperatures. The system comprises of the Sensor probe with built in transmitter and a wireless receiver for in house recording systems or direct cloud based recording.
Our systems are scalable for just one sensor to a whole fleet of sensors to suit your business. Additional sensors can be added to the system as you grow.
Cloud Based System
Our state of the art Cloud based system incorporates a wireless transmitter in the probe head sending the temperature readings to our cloud based server via either a Ethernet or 3G Gateway. There is no need for you to have any complicated software as it’s all cloud based so just a web browser on any PC tablet or free phone app.
A feature of wireless technology is an almost real time alarming functionality, alerting you and key staff via SMS of a potential self-combustion situation so you can take appropriate measures.

Onsite Monitoring System
Our on-site monitoring system comprises of either a Jumo Paperless recorder or a PC based system Microscan Recording software , also MODBUS RS485 can be provided if you already have a recording system.
Stand Alone Data Logging System
We also have a basic system which incorporated a HOBO Data Logger in the probe head. Temperatures are recorded and offloaded Via USB to our HOBOware software for analysis. Multi level temperature sensing is also possible with this option with a multi input logger.
Information on Single level sensor logger: Model UX100-014M
Information on Multi level sensor logger: Model UX120-006M
Note: Notification alarming is not possible with the stand alone logging systems, however thresholds can be set in the logger showing breaches on screen and once the data has been downloaded.
