The pressure transmitter JUMO dTRANS p20 with HART® interface combined highest precision and easy operation.
It serves to measure the relative pressure and the absolute pressure of gases, vapours and fluids.
The integrated LCD displays measured values and device data.
In the version with explosion protection "Ex ia (intrinsically safe)", the pressure transmitter can be installed in zones up to 'zone 0' classification.
Case and sensors are made of high-quality stainless steel. For hygienic applications under special
requirements, different process connection flush with the front are available,
among others, the EHEDG certified connection system PEKA (see type 40.9711).
For measuring tasks on hot medium and cables, a special high-temperature variant is available, which is resistant to temperature up to 200°C.
It is also possible to connect diaphragm seals for special applications (see types 40.9772 to 40.9784).
The transmitter is programmable and, thus, flexibly adaptable to versatile measuring tasks.
A comfortable setup program is available as accessories for operation via the interfaces.
The manual operation on site is very comfortably and quickly possible via a rotary knob.

The parts coming into contact with the medium are made of stainless steel (optionally made of Hastelloy , Monel, titanium or PTFE coated with the use of a diaphragm seal) and a system free of dead spaces offer an optimum resistance even with aggressive medium. The measuring instrument is very precise (characteristic line deviation of 0.05 %) and offers a high long-term stability of <0.1 % per year. In the version with explosion protection "Ex ia (intrinsically safe)", the pressure transmitter can be installed up to zone 0. The high-temperature variant guarantees safe application in SIP and CIP systems.

The measuring instrument can be set reliably and easily via a rotary knob on the device or via a comfortable setup program.
The device is equipped with HART interface as well as the JUMO interface.
Operation via the rotary knob is carried out from the outside without the necessity to open the device.
The measuring instrument can be aligned in any installation position for optimum legibility, configuration and electrical installation.
The measuring features can be adapted to all important applications (process pressure, filling level) and ambient conditions via the adjustable parameters.
