Duncan Stone

Director / Business Owner

Comes up with the plans everyone else has to figure out how to deliver.

Duncan Stone is the Owner and Director of OneTemp and has spent more than 30 years helping organisations improve operational performance through technology, measurement, monitoring and data-driven decision making.

Throughout his career, Duncan has worked directly with more than 120 of Australia’s 200 largest industrial companies, across sectors including mining, energy, manufacturing, water, infrastructure and environmental management. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the practical challenges customers face in improving safety, efficiency, sustainability and asset performance.

Since acquiring OneTemp in 2023, Duncan has worked closely with the leadership team to strengthen the company’s customer focus, expand its technical capabilities and identify new technologies that help customers solve real-world problems. His background spans industrial instrumentation, environmental technologies, renewable energy, water treatment, emissions reduction and industrial performance improvement.

Duncan has founded, acquired and grown multiple technology businesses, with extensive experience commercialising emerging technologies, building high-performing teams and developing long-term customer partnerships. His focus at OneTemp is ensuring the company continues to provide trusted technical advice, responsive support and practical measurement and monitoring solutions that deliver tangible value to customers.

Outside work, Duncan lives on a property with his partner, where they enjoy spending time with their eight children and growing number of grandchildren, as well as the company of their donkeys, ducks and chickens. He keeps active, loves being outdoors and is a keen pickleball player.

Jon Lockwood

General Manager

If it measures, monitors or records anything, chances are Jon’s already fixed one.

Jon Lockwood is the General Manager of OneTemp, leading a team specialising in temperature, environmental and industrial measurement solutions. He joined OneTemp as an apprentice Instrument Technician in the 1980s, building his career from the ground up and developing a strong practical understanding of instrumentation and the challenges customers face in the field.

Over more than four decades with the business, Jon has seen OneTemp evolve through major changes in technology, products and markets. Today, as General Manager and a member of the OneTemp Board, he combines that technical background with responsibility for the people, operations and direction of the business.

Jon believes in practical leadership, clear communication and giving people the opportunity to take ownership and grow. He remains closely involved with customers and technical projects, and his commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement has helped establish OneTemp as a trusted supplier of instrumentation and environmental monitoring solutions throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Outside work, Jon enjoys getting outdoors, exploring Australia on his adventure motorcycle and riding dirt bikes at his farm, as well as travelling overseas and spending time with family and friends.

Kathy Meney

Finance Manager

Keeps the wheels turning while big ideas get thrown around.

Kathy Meney is the Finance Manager at OneTemp and a member of the management team, responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the business, including financial reporting, budgeting for operating expenses and supporting the business’s day-to-day operations.

Kathy has been part of the OneTemp team since 1976, bringing nearly five decades of experience supporting the business’s financial and operational success. Her career reflects her commitment and adaptability, having grown alongside the business from its early years through to her current role, giving her a rare, first-hand understanding of how OneTemp operates and has evolved over time. That depth of knowledge, combined with her commitment to accuracy, makes her a trusted advisor to both management and staff.

Outside work, Kathy has a genuine interest in wellbeing and healthy ageing, and the everyday habits that help people feel and function at their best. She enjoys nothing more than a good coffee and a real conversation.

Tyler Hansen

Sales & Marketing Manager

The reason Duncan’s ideas eventually become real things.

Tyler leads a team across sales and marketing, strengthening the operational foundations behind growth, from digital presence and automation to reporting and process optimisation, ensuring the team has the infrastructure needed to execute effectively. She’s a strong driver of customer outcomes, working behind the scenes to give the team what it needs to deliver.

In this role, Tyler has focused on making sure customers get consistent, well-informed communication at every stage, backed by clearer sales processes and better visibility across the team. That’s meant building reporting systems that give the business a clear view of what customers need, and marketing automation that keeps communication targeted and relevant rather than generic. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing, bringing a solid commercial grounding to her approach.

Outside of work, Tyler is an avid reader who loves tending to her plants. She’s also into aerial arts and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
