The EM300-SLD/ZLD is a highly efficient, compact leak detection sensor designed for the identification of water or other liquid leaks. Upon detecting the presence of water, this high-end device instantly sends an alarm via LoRaWAN® technology. When used in conjunction with the Milesight LoRaWAN® gateway and Milesight IoT Cloud solution, users can conveniently manage all sensor data remotely, visualise readings, and receive alarms directly on their mobile app.
In addition to its primary function as a leak detector, the EM300-S/ZLD sensor also incorporates temperature and humidity sensors. This makes it highly suited for a multitude of applications allowing users to safeguard their assets against flood risk in server rooms, labs, warehousing, engine rooms and more.

These devices can detect conductive liquid leaks when the liquid level is as low as 5mm, the EM300-SLD and EM300-ZLD models offer unique solutions for different needs.
- EM300-SLD: This model is a compact spot leakage detection. It is engineered to detect the presence of water by leveraging a compact water probe and operating on the principle of conductivity. It utilises a probe-type design for pinpointing two pre-set points, equipped with a 1.5m cable.
- EM300-ZLD: This model is designed for large-area applications. It detects the presence of liquids using a long cable, again operating based on the conductive principle. Its rope-type design makes it capable of covering large areas with its standard 3m cable. For larger applications, optional cables extending to hundreds of meters are available.

This sensor is designed with an emphasis on longevity and efficiency. It boasts a multi-year battery operation, ensuring that your device stays powered for an extended period. The device includes 1 x ER18505 Li-SOCI2 400mAh battery, which can be upgraded to 8000mAh if needed. These sensors are capable of providing up to 10 years of service, making it a worthwhile investment for the long term.
