Dew point sensor from -20 to 50°Ctd for the typical use in refrigeration dryers

Refrigeration dryers are the most common compressed air drying method in industrial settings, and monitoring their output reliably protects equipment and maintains air quality. The CS Instruments FA 510/515 is designed for exactly this application, with a measurement range of -20 to +50°Ctd and accuracy of ±1°C across the full range.

Continuously refined sensor technology and evaluation electronics deliver improved precision across ambient temperature variation and higher signal resolution, without compromising the long-term stability and drift resistance the FA series is known for. The condensation-insensitive sensor element is protected by a stainless steel sintered cap.

Output options include 4-20 mA analogue (2- or 3-wire) and Modbus-RTU (RS485). The FA 510 is now also available with IO-Link interface for easy integration upstream of machines and systems, and optionally with an integrated pressure sensor.
