Compatible with the Monnit Food Probe Wireless Sensor, this probe features a highly ergonomic T-handle, with a temperature measurement range of -40.0°C to 246.0°C (-40°F to 475.0°F), at the end of a 48-inch lead. It features an insulated cable with a stainless steel overbraid and fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) outer jacket. The T-handled probe uses an RTD temperature probe to provide long-term, highly accurate temperature readings.
