Product description

The New ezeio mkII is a powerful, compact IIoT device with Ethernet and LTE Cat M1 connectivity. Designed for ease of use and versatility, the ezeio is ideal for remotely monitoring and controlling almost any device or installed with OEM equipment.

The ezeio comes standard with analog and digital inputs/outputs, plus Modbus RTU/TCP, SDI-12 and CAN connectivity. There is also alarming via O/P, Email or SMS, remote control and automation functionality via the web based user interface which has Multi-user, multi-site consolidated management and dashboard display functionality.

The eze.io User Interface is the single hub for all of the users technical and managerial needs.

Any number of ezeio® Hardware units can be accessed by as many users as needed.

Compatible I/O Expansion Modules

PROMUX is an innovative modular I/O system which provides a simple low cost solution for distributed I/O requirements.

The PROMUX system consists of stand-alone Digital and Analog Input and Output modules which are connected together on a RS485 two wire multi-drop network. The modules communicate using the MODBUS RTU protocol.


 

A 32bit ARM CPU is used in the modules to provide high speed data processing and fast communications turn around times. Multiple baud rates are selectable from 2400 to 115200 baud.

All PROMUX modules plug directly onto an industry standard DIN rail. All modules have a minimum isolation of 1000VAC rms between the field and logic. The modules have been equipped with status led’s which are used to indicate the status of the Inputs or outputs. This visual indication assists with fault finding and diagnostics.

Group & account management 

Create any numbers of accounts & groups.

  • The group & account functionality is a powerful managerial tool that allows you to structure your system classifications in many ways including; by location, by type of equipment, by business unit or you can map your own commercial ecosystem.
  • There are no upper limits for creating groups and accounts as well as levels within the tree structure.

 




User management & permissions

A very unique system for managing the access rights for every single user.

  • The user management and permissions system within the eze.io environment allows you to invite users into any specific group/account with specific access restrictions.
  • Users can be invited into various groups and accounts individually.
  • The permissions system gives the option to assign specific access rights for each individual user so they only have access for their specific needs/assignments. Additionally, a single user can have different permissions in different groups and accounts.
  • The permissions can range from very limited "view only" access to full administrator rights.




Dashboard & widgets

Customised data visualisation for just sensors or whole applications and systems.  

The dashboards can be easily created based on predefined widgets. There are no limits set in terms of dashboard sizes or the number of widgets used. Widgets can be simple such as dials and graphs, through to powerful applications in itself with control and automation functionalities ("Super Widgets"). They are either used from the standard eze.io library or can be created by eze System for a company's specific requirements. Here are some examples of the widget types:
